EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; some college preferred; and 1-2 years of current medical recruitment experience required, plus 1 or more years in customer service and/or 1 year of sales experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

COMPUTER and SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS

Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook; Advanced skills in Excel. Knowledge of Applicant Tracking System preferred.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

Prior experience in the medical staffing industry preferred.

Ability to communicate company’s employee value proposition.

Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining professional contacts.

Possess effective interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to all levels of management and employees.
